I would like to have that Red Tornado, but the only would I would kill for is the 90s more robotic one. Let the 4H go back and give him a new headsculpt and he’d be good to go.
We came close to getting one back in Total Justice. They got the eyes and moth right, but they gave him a nose.

In one of the Q&A’s, Mattel had said they hoped they contacted the factory in time for the change on Dr. Fate to be made.
While I’m sure it can be explained by lead time or something, I still found the lack of communication between the company and the factory amusing.
It seems a lot of toy companies have to hope for the best when it comes to the factory product.
