The GIJCC has revealed the twelfth figure for their 3.0 Sub Service, Bombstrike! As expected, Renegades Scarlett was used as the base and the figure looks pretty cool! The finally tally for me is four I’m not really interested in, four I wouldn’t mind having, and 4 I’d like to own. That’s a pretty even split! I’ll have to think about it over the weekend. And, as always, there is the mysterious 13th figure to think about…

You can now place your pre-order for the GIJCC FSS 3.0! The order period ends July 1st, 2014. We will build this set to your order. You will have until that time to process your order. Over the next few weeks we will be showing all of the figures (except the mystery 13th figure), so that they will all be online before the order period ends. The cost of the subscription will be $315 if paid in full, or $105 per installment (3x) plus the online service charge for each billing.
Currently we anticipate that the first figures will ship in late October, but that is still TBD until we receive the final schedule from the manufacturer. When the shipment arrives, we will publish the two dates for the second and third installments. Please let us know if you have any questions.
The FSS 3.0 subscription set will consist of twelve different carded 3 3/4″ figures. You will receive six shipments starting in approximately October/November of two figures each month. Figures will be shipped in a surprise sequence (figure pairs will be the same for everyone each month). It will be a surprise each month as to which figure pair you receive!
Your last shipment (6th shipment) will include your mystery carded 13th figure!
Hit & Run has also been revised to include his iconic face paint camo and overall darker shades of green and black, which bring him much closer to the original 1988 vintage figure.
This has turned out to a be a better year for me in term of character selection. Time will tell if the sub does well or if the figures stagnate as happened with much of last year’s lineup.
wasn’t the original Hit & Run entirely covered?
I always had a grudge against Bombstrike because when I saw the original, I cried “She’s blonde Scarlett!” and it realllllly annoyed me. LOL
#13 = unmasked CC (Fred?) or Destro, or that Baroness look-like double-agent.
You mean this one?

Easier and cheaper just to buy a Baroness and some paint. };D
I have no idea? Was this the VvV era? thereabouts?
Bombstrike is looking a little . . . uh . . . subdued . . . compared to her original release. DayRaven, got any augmentation tips?
If the total subscription is $315 for 13 Joes, that’s $24.23 / Joe (!!) Is shipping included in the price? They’re 3.75″ right?
I was thinking about doing this for fun (Bombstrike, Vypra). They come with a lot of accessories, but that’s still more like $15-$17 / figure.
Ah, knock it off, Tim. If you were a serious Joe collector, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal (I collected Joes as a kid (and still have my old ones)). But, every time I spot myself drifting back I’m knocked back by the price. Joe might be more expensive than Marvel Universe (but it does come with better accessories).
