This week's suggestion comes to us from reader BiParmesan (great name, btw). BiParmesan is a man after my own heart. His e-mail lamented the lack of supporting characters in today's toy lines. Specifically, how toy companies don't take advantage of the blockbusters to give us figures they wouldn't normally have the opportunity to do.
I had a lot of MOTU figures when I was young and, appropriately, I love MOTU Classics. I wish more of the old toy lines would get their time in the sun like MOTUC. That’s one of the reasons we do this article. We want to see our childhood favorites get their due in plastic form and receive an update that lets them be the toys they never quite could be when we were kids.
With our Round One semi-finalists chosen, it's time to kick off Round Two! This round will introduce twelve nominees that will then face your votes this August. For our first Round Two nominee, we took a long, hard look at our new Nomination Thread and selected the first suggestion, Micronauts! There was just one problem though; I've never had a Micronaut. I've never even played with a Micronaut. So, to do this right, I needed to go back to school. I turned to an expert on all things Micronaut, HeyGoFigure's Tekwych!
