Today's nominee comes to us via our forums from Tekwych. We'd gotten into the habit the last few weeks of nominating entire lines and wanted to get to some characters that are missing from current lines. Tek responded with a nod to one of DC Comics coolest teams: The Freedom Fighters!
Some of the toys I find myself wanting most aren’t your random characters that a beloved toy line has so far left out of a series, or in a modern update on old line. I tend to daydream for lost causes of much greater magnitude. Sometimes I get my wish, like the incredible Mezco Captain Nemo figure, but most of the time I don't.
Have you ever waited to pick up a friend at the airport? You're standing there watching all the other people walk out of the gate and meeting friends or loved ones. There are happy reunions and excitement going on all around while you start to worry that maybe the person you're waiting for didn't make it? You wait.
