I have to say I’m getting a kick out of these Review Round-Ups! I started them to network the great toys blogs together a little more & bring great content to even more folks, but I’m personally enjoying it too. I love seeing some of the great (and some off the wall) reviews as I gather the links.
This week the list has grown to include twenty-five different sites (though three went without posting a review last week) and features seventy-two reviews! Reviews are categorized by major brands, independent releases such as Onell or Spy Monkey are listed under the same “7th Market” heading we use for our own reviews, and smaller brands are grouped together under Miscellaneous… though Misc. is getting lengthy, I may need to change that up. As always, offsite reviews do not necessarily reflect the views of IAT or its staff.
Do you know of (or run) a toy site that you think I’d enjoy? Let me know!
I LOVE when I’m up late working and I get a pingback for review roundup! Gonna start reposting it next week after all this NYCC coverage crazyness is done
😀 Loving your coverage, btw!
Thanks Noisy..it has been a lot of work..more than last year and I’m on the verge of complete metal collapse, but it is worth it. hoping to wrap it all up tomorrow. I’m gonna post a round up of my own stuff once its done so its will be easy to find without scrolling through the many posts
that Avengers 4pk looks cool, but four 4″ figures for $57??? pass. I hope they single release that “Arctic”/Hoverboard armor as a single, tho!
The Hobbit figures look great for what essentially is a 3d party company new to action figures, esp in 4″ scale. I bet the 6” Bilbo will be bought up as well as the upcoming Cumberbatch “Star Trek Into Darkness” figure by customizers. Now we just need Gatiss, Graves, Stubbs, and The Woman. 😉
I think his price was a little higher (I don’t think ChaseVariant is stateside), but I never saw the thing domestically so I have no idea the price. It is a TRU exclusive though…
I figured that, as he quoted Canadian and US prices, which the $57 is the US cost.
I thought the US cost was $39.99.
R8?!!
Rassafrackin’ Disney exclusives! I know! Let’s get some obsessive-compulsives hooked on collecting stuff they love, then make some of the coolest stuff only available at one location on the planet (always in the USA) for a couple of days! Marketing genius!
The whole build-a-droid thing at Disney sounds awesome. I’m close than you, I know, but I’m jealous too!
